Yes you shake the photo for it to develop. It's a new version of the old Polaroid cameras.

I'm not much of a camera person, so my question is, is this one of those cameras that you snap the photo and the picture automatically comes out and just takes awhile for the photo to show?

This is awesome! I use my phone for pictures and my printer is hooked up wirelessly to my phone so I just print them out right away. But this is cool!

He bought mine from jo Ann craft store but, target, Walmart, Best Buy all carry them !!!

Nope after tax it was like 74 dollars but I will say the film itself could get pricey if you don't buy in bulk off the internet. Target sells a double pack (20films) for 19.99 😩 lol I have no patient for the digi cameras and waiting for the photos to be developed which is why I chose this route instead
