Mine does the same but they rotate you through so you can meet as many ppl as possible. So far all have been excellent.

it was like that at mine but they made sure I met with the other Drs too. so I would ask about that when you go in.

right I'm thinking about going else where. I might go to an appointment and give this place a shot but right now I really don't like it lol @callumsmommy that's why I am gonna give them a shot @rgaine because if I meet them all and know them all its acceptable. but not if I see one the entire time and then she doesn't deliver for me

@Kate yyjayyy- I agree! Mine is a midwives/doc practice so I want to meet both anyways since both will help me that day. Why not add in 8 more "ish". Ha! I'm high risk so I've already met quite a few at 14ish weeks so I'm not worried anymore. :-). You'll know if you're comfortable and need to change.

at my doctors office they have one day a month where you can go in, like a meet and greet that way u get to know them all.

most likely if you only have one doctor the whole time, but any of them can deliver for you, they are up to date on your charts and what's going on with your pregnancy. my place is the same but there's 2 doctors at my obgyn clinic. as well as all the ob's in the area of where I live get email updates on charts and everything just Incase neither of the two doctors at my clinic are available. although to me it makes me a little nervous knowing there's a stranger whose gonna be delivering my baby. but the way I look at it. as long as they know what's up with my pregnancy and my son is delivered safely, that's all that matters to me.

if I meet them all and am comfortable then that's okay. but not if a stranger is delivering my baby. if they are gonna have their hands up me I at least wanna have one appointment with them lol @rgaine I'll have to see if there's something like that!@steph22 my friend delivered with them and she was high risk so she met them all with how many visits she had. I feel like with a regular pregnancy there aren't enough visits to meet with them all @misskaecolletto but I'm at least gonna give it a shot before I completely shut it down.

yup. they do that so Dr's can have a some what normal life lol basically why I don't mind really getting to know my Dr anymore.

personally it don't bother me if my OBGYN can't deliver my baby but the only thing that you should just think about that they are all professionals and had serious training before delivering an actual baby and as long as its a female delivering my child I will refuse a male doctor

You should check out Donna Augustine. You get her and a midwife that's it! The midwife delivered Roman I forget her name but I loved her!!!
