@hellosweetie, thank you! You're so right idk why I feel the need to get all stressed out about tummy time. Some babies learn sooner and some later. It doesn't matter 😊 good luck to you too!

Hopefully that helps!!! I'm kinda in the middle about tummy time, half of me wants to do it a lot with her so she learns quicker, then the other half is like, what's the rush? It's not a competition whos baby rolls, crawls, or walks sooner...they all do it eventually and we all end up in the same place as adults basically...so far the side that wants to help her wins out, but I try not to put to much pressure on myself if I don't get a lot of time to "work out" with her or she just isn't having it that day lol good luck sweetie!

Oh that's a relief to hear that tummy time isn't really needed! I was starting to worry because every time I'd put her on her tummy she would get fussy. I read somewhere that starting to lay babies on their bellies around 2-3 months could possibly make them walk earlier? Idk how true that is. Lol I like that idea putting her belly on mine! I'm going to try that tonight and see how she likes it😊 thank you! @hellosweetie

Most babies do hate it....my girl puts up with it since she learned to roll both ways around 3 months....but if we make her do it too long she'll get mad and start yelling lol....I think because she's trying to figure out how to move now, and it frustrates her. Anyways, if it makes you feel better, I've just seen a video on a study recently that says basically tummy time is not needed at all, that time on the floor on their backs is all they need and they will roll on their own when they are developmentally ready! I still think it's nice to try a few minutes at a time several times a day though, just cuz I think it's nice to help build strength and get them used to different positions and not scared of it, you know? Anyways just wanted to chime in with that lol...I agree with getting down there with her, and also try just setting her belly to belly on you, my girl LOVED that when she was real little 😄 skin to skin preferably that way she feels the love and bond 😍

I think her doctor recommended it to us. It worked sometimes and sometimes it didn't. Haha. Talk to her also. :)

My daughter was the same! We just would always lay down so she can see our face.
