So what does it mean if I don't throw up, I just constantly feel like shit? Like I'm tired and nauseous all the time and feel worse if I eat certain things but I don't throw up. Does that mean I'm gonna have a boy? Because I've only thrown up once this pregnancy and I'm almost 10 weeks.
