Serious question ...
Do I necessarily have to take prenatal vitamins or is it ok if I dont. Im 34 weeks and going to be 35 weeks tomorrow and my baby is healthy ... I eat alot and drink right
I Never Take Them N I'm In My Third Trimester And My Little Man Is Good And Healthy
Take them and if your going to breast feed you still beed to take them
Yea my doctor told me to take them, but I just dont want to take them
With both my babies I stopped taking them at about 20 weeks, and I never remembered to take them after birth although the doctor said I could, I just didn't care to.
I take them still and will be taking them after . Personal preference.
I took them during my first semester and half of my second semester . They were making me so sick to the point that I stopped taking them
it's mostly important in your first trimester. bc it gives back what baby was taking from you. if you're eating healthy and getting the nutrients needed from your foods. it'll be just fine if you're not taking them anymore or if you forget a lot. at this point your baby is pretty much functioning on their own in ways. just Makd sure you keep getting iron, vitamin c, folic acid and all that other great stuff.
I only took them in my first trimester. It's better to take them. But they upset my stomach.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Folic acid is the most important to have, or it CAN cause problems. Not saying it will, but it's possible.
