so I posted a post on fb urging family to get the TDAP shot before they plan to come see Oakley once he gets here, because I will refuse visitation until they have it & then a girl decided to say I was being paranoid, keep in mind she doesn't have kids or planning to have them.. hahaha a little irritating but at the same time all I could do was laugh because as a parent to be & knowing what the cost of whopping cough is, I am fine/ & irritated with being called paranoid for wanting to make sure my baby won't have the chance of dying because of something that can be prevented with a shot before hand.. to me her comments are invalid & naive! but she is entitled to her opinion, I just feel if you don't have a valid argument & all you can say is I'm paranoid especially with no kids then you just need to move along.. #ohsweety #lol #icant

I have the same rule girl, I guess bc it's my first in super paranoid but i really dont want anyone around him until he has his second set if shots@kaylahammond

yea I cant help but have family around my son. I'm living with my husband's parents and sister. And I'm positive that if I were to ask them to get the shot. they would throw a fit.

I got my shot my husband was supposed to get his but hasn't yet. How baby will be a month old on Saturday.. Everyone's different ya know!

That's not paranoia. I'm scared cause I can't get it. I'm allergic to it. Got seizures from it. I would get it in a heartbeat

The hospital I'm delivering at said they won't allow anyone who hasn't gotten the vaccine to come up and visit my newborn!
