So my fiancé starts a new job Monday and that's the same day of my appointment and hopefully the day I get to find out the gender of my baby but since he can't be there he's throwing a fit about me telling my doctor I don't want the ultrasound yet to find out even though I'm super anxious to know and I don't wanna wait!
6 more days and i find out who’s inside my belly ! 💝 or 💙 .
Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.
What is the earliest I can find out the gender of my baby! I am honestly sooooooo anxious to find out!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Today is the day! I find out what my babies are! ☺ 🎉

It's not his choice. it's yours. mine didn't get to be there for my first gender scan. he wasn't happy about it but there was nothing he could do either

why dont you just ask to put it in an envelope or something and open out together and find out together

That's what I was thinking but I think he's upset he won't be there to actually see the ultrasound and see the baby moving and whatnot. But that does sound like a good idea because I don't wanna wait any longer. @ezaja

You can record a video of the ultrasound and ask the gender to be put in an envelope. I did a video at my 3rd ultrasound because my husband couldn't be there and he was upset.

its not just a "gender scan" its an all over anatomy scan to check all major organs, limbs, and head circumfrance. being able to find out the gender is an added bonus but its mainly to check and make sure everything is developing properly. Maybe if you explain that to him he'll be more understanding.

have a third party go with tou and have the Dr/US tech only tell them ans have that peraon tell you and your hubby together so you both find out at the same time amd can see each others reaction. . . . . sucks not having the other parent there but at least you'll be surprised and find out together. . . (?)
