If you used to them and contractions your body is probably preparing. Have you timed your contractions?

@39surp, I eat jalapenos on a regular.... earlier I had really soft stools and then they became solid an nearly scarce and then back to being super soft.

this maybe a tmi but both times i went into labor my body did what i called a flush i couldnt stop peeing or pooping

Are you used to eating jalapeños? Or was it just today? It happens to me when I eat those because I'm not used to it.
