I'm 16 weeks and I sometimes wake up on my stomach and it's been making me feel sick and crampy but when I go to bed I fall asleep on my side and can't stop myself from being on my stomach lol so Idk what I can do I just ordered a pregnancy pillow so I'm hoping that will help

That's what was happening with me too! I've always been a stomach sleeper, so I flipped every night no matter what! I ordered a pregnancy pillow after she told me that & it's really trained my body not to flip over, which I never thought would be possible! Lol. It's kind of like your body knows, after a while, that you aren't supposed to be sleeping on your belly.
