Did anyone else ever go through this? She's been through her lil cluster feeding. But the night before I was up all night with her. And constantly feeding. Then she became overly tired. And finally went to sleep about 9am. Last night she did great. Woke up every 2 or 3 hours to eat. Then today since like 12pm (it's 3:55pm now) all she wants to do is eat and be on my breast. A couple times she fell asleep for only 5 or 10 min. One of the times she pulled off my nipple even. So i laid her down. Then she woke up wanting more to eat right after. My nipples hurt bad. They need a break. I wish she would stay asleep.

Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!

Waking to feed? My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?
