Has anyone here ever tried Intermittent Fasting? It's where you only eat two meals a day, say at 1p.m. and 8 a.m. and then you don't eat again until 1 p.m. the next day.
Any tips from those that have tried it?

It's been tested that just enjoying low cal snacks can help you lose weight. One guy lost like 27lbs eating twinkies & Oreos lol.

That'll slow down your metabolism! Instead of eating twice a day, eat 6 mini-meals a day. You'll stay fuller-feeling and you'll have more energy.

IMO- Food is fuel, your body isn't designed to eat like that. I would think your energy would go way down. But-- I've never tried it.

In fact, she created the PiYo program for the hat I'm wearing in my pic. LOL I kinda love her.

@shamrockjemm, she is one of the best of the best in celebrity fitness and nutrition. I think she even holds a world record for fitness videos she's done. Lol. I work out with her videos all the time and got to work out with her live last summer.
