I started the day after though with the hospital 🏥 one then bought my own thing.

I got mine at walmart for $11 max… amazon sells them cheap too… I bought the expensive pp wrap things and I hated them they made my body look weird…

@matthewsmommy, i wonder if it's different if you had a c section... Because I never got one and I live in Oklahoma.

I wear shapewear everyday, I have since I had this little one…. I've found that it definitely helped… although my body was gone before I got pregnant with this one

You need to ask for it, I don't know if all states provide with one? But here in Oklahoma they do. Now you know for the second 😱 Lol!
