@abdcnb15, that's what I heard but I didn't know it takes that long. Lots of people say it takes a year

@Adamsmaaa, im 8 1/2 months pp and I still feel it sometimes. But I read your body takes up to a whole yr to heal after having a baby! So it's normal

they r muscle spasms. my son is a year and a half and I still feel them. my niece is almost 4 and my sister n law still has them. im not sure if it ever goes away.

it does! I was like wtf is in my stomach lol and I can't tell my husband because he'll think I'm craxy.
