Yeah work probably won't be the greatest idea, I haven't taken medication for mine because I don't really like taking them, but apart from delivery I don't really think anything else can help, you could maybe try physio? I know that's supposed to ease everything a little?

It is really painful, speak to your midwife about your birth plan, make sure the midwives who deliver your baby know that you have spd, because when you're in pain you'll likely open your legs as wide as they can go and it could cause long lasting effects after the baby is here, try the kneeling positions and standing, but as for the pregnancy there isn't really much you can do, other than try not sitting on hard surfaces, like in the bath, take showers instead and things, don't push yourself too much when walking or exercise x

I got a support band to help when walking around, but even they don't help much, just try not to over do it, the doctor told me not to try lifting and or squating down, or any sharp movements x
