15 weeks and Sleeping meds not working and I feel like I'm going to throw up :( what other mommas are up

i take unisom and b6 at night its not doing much

My doctor lets me take benadryl. with out it every night I'd get 0 sleep. with it I get 3-5 hours a night.

I took unisom for a while and allergy meds are good to take.

melatonin n one other i 4got i was perscribed it when i was pregnant with my youngest son

melatonin is safe. i take it

10 weeks and i get 3 hours of sleep a night... if im lucky... what sleeping medication is safe.?

i am up cant sleep twins r up at night kickin the crap outta me its funny plus cant get comfertable

I didn't know you could take sleeping medication while pregnant which ones do you take?

19.5 weeks and I never sleep 😫😫
