yes that should be fine they say to warm meat up but as long as it hasn't been sitting for days you should be fine.. listera is what they want you to try to avoid but there's no way of telling even if you warm it up that it will kill all of the listra bacteria
@mommy-2-be-2016-94-, you should be fine even if it's not warmed up.. they only say warm it up to kill bacteria UT you would pretty much have to cook it on order to make sure of that..
@mommy-2-be-2016-94-, yeah all I was saying is that in cold cuts the thing they want you to try to avoid is listera bacteria, but to kill all of it you would have to cook it, but listera isn't found in all means all the time.. he'll blue Bell ice cream had a recall for listeria.. peanut butter is another thing that's recalled more for listera.. warming it up won't hurt anything though
Beware of nitrates. I got a paper from my midwife that says no deli meats. I ended up throwing them up later on, but if you're craving. Then yes, heat it. Just be careful during the early stages with nitrates.
