I go for my 6wk check up tomorrow and plan to get on birth control. What can I use while I breastfeed? I have researched that breastfeeding is 98% effective the 1st 6 months but I don't want to take this risk of another pregnancy.
I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

be careful! we used the mini pill and I started getting 2 periods so I stopped was about to get an IUD and got preggo again so now mine will be 14 months apart! I say IUD!!! asap lol

My best friend dried up almost immediately after getting out and was able to relactate after removal.

I got on the mini pill which has done fine for me, BUT you have to be really good at taking it because it's a progesterone only pill that works with breastfeeding so it has to be taken at the same time every day. I set an alarm to take mine

I used the Mirena IUD after my last 2 children and it worked just fine@hpena

My bestie said she had no issues with supply with the iud. I chose not to be on bc because I am an evil bitch on it but like I said, mirana seem to be a good option.

no, you can get pregnant without a period and breastfeeding VERY easy lol you can do pretty much whatever method you want, I have always done the safest one for breastfeeding, the "mini pill"
