we have done some data collection on delayed cord clamping we say delayed for a min or so to see if it stops pulsing.. my doctor said any longer then that is just rediculous.. like the people who keep the baby attached to the placenta till it falls off

@aphrodite2014, Yeah I'm not interested in holding my baby with the placenta attached yuck lol

@butturfli, haha me either.. some people have the placenta dried and put in capsels so they can eat it

@butturfli, but I've Seen good outcome with delayed cord clamping.. delayed 1 min or until it stops pulsing as long as it's not too long

@aphrodite2014, i've heard about those placenta pills. I've had three babies and did not suffer from postpartum depression so I'll pass on that. Didn't Kim Kardashian do that?

My doctor is kind of a no fuss type of lady so I'm gonna see what her opinion is on delayed cutting.

What is the hemorrhoid surgery? Is it done at the time of birth? I have horrendous and HUGE ONES and was wondering if they could be removed 😣
