Tomorrow is my 6 week postpartum check up and I wanted to get birth control. Anyone that's on birth control can you tell me your birth control method and explain the pros and cons.
@b3autifulm3ss, @skyesmommy101514 what is the name of the mini pill? I want to ask my dr for a specific one so I can breastfeed still
@babygirl0101, I think I'm spelling it wrong but basically I still will get a period but 4 times a year. so far it's interesting. I do get cramps some times but not as bad as without it. it's only been 2 months for me right now. but can't use it if you're breastfeeding. oh yeah its a pill everyday
@babygirl0101 I have the nexplanon I don't recommend it , it has majority bad reviews also .
@b3autifulm3ss, I wanna try the nexplanon I want some reviews on it first
I have the Nexplanon insert and I love it. I've had absolutely no issues with it, besides feeling a little nauseous, having some cramps, and slight spotting the first three days after I got it inserted, but that was just my body adjusting to it. Since then I have had no issues and feel perfectly fine. I highly recommend Nexplanon.
@babygirl0101, I wont use it anymore… ive heared the nexplanon or mirena are good… I had the mirena, didnt have any problems just don't want to use bc anymore.
if you take the mini pill 💊… make sure to take it at the time everyday! Two of my kids were conceived on that stupid pill….
It is called norethindrone
