Does anybody else have really really sharp pains down there, in the pelvic area? When you try to roll over in bed or get up? This has been going on for at least 3 months and it's so horrible. If I try to move my legs at all while laying down I feel like I'm gonna get ripped apart. 😕 I have no idea why and nothing I try is making it better. I just want to sleep without waking up sceaming in pain because I try to roll over 😥😧😤

@m.bullock, @tahtahme Darn, sorry guys. I was hoping it would work for yall too because so far it's been a life saver. But also a few days ago I moved a certain way and felt a big "crack" in my pelvis area so that might of been what relieved my pain. I just hope it lasts.

I do that every night, even before I was pregnant. I HATE for my knees to touch. So I'm already so used to it, it doesn't help anymore :(

It works as long as i am still...I do it with a king size. But when I want to move, the pain is there. It is what it is...

Hey Mommy's @m.bullock @newbee2016 @tahtahme

I just wanted to let you know that since I posted this I have tried sleeping with a pretty thick pillow between my thighs and since the first night it has made a difference. Since I've been doing this every night for a few days I almost have no more pain!!!! You guys should try it, if you haven't already. Maybe it'll work for you too. I tried a smaller pillow before and that didn't work but a really thick one and make sure it's under your thighs really high up, not in between your knees. Just wanted to let you know. 😊

Yesss that's even if I get any sleep with this pain, the baby trying to crawl out of my belly, peeing, heartburn, and getting sick and not being able to get comfortable. This should be the time we get to rest before our babies come lol

Me too lol. I wish sleeping was easier alll the time. And my boyfriend sleeps like an angel through my tossing and turning and bathroom trips and then wonders why I'm tired!

I have a pain like that! I've found that when I want to turn to the other side, instead of rolling over on your back try switching positions by getting on your hands and knees, if that makes sense

@tahtahme, yeah see my son has been EXTREMELY low my whole pregnancy. I had a low lying placenta and was bleeding for a couple months. I've been put on and off of bed rest because of it... But I'm glad other mommy's are feeling the same type of pain (well not glad yall going thru it also) just relieved that it's normal and something isn't wrong. I have a feeling labor is gonna be painful this time for me.

@newbee2016, yeah I get it when I stand up too but not as intense as when I try to go from laying down to sitting up. This is horrible. I hope you do too!

I have the same pain 😢 plus I get it when I got to stand up from sitting.....my Midwife says is just round ligament pain. I have decided I hate round ligaments. Hope you get some relief soon.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

camdensmama @livd15, probably, I was wondering if there was a cut off point! 😂😂 and I'm in bed.
