or you can use the velcrow swaddles, they were the only ones my son liked. I couldn't use a regular swaddle or he'd wiggle out too.

sleepers, or the side snap shirts that they can flip over and cover their hands. my boys never wore mittens couldn't keep them on either so they wore sleepers or tops that could fold over to cover their hands.
