I haven't gotten so bad during this pregnancy. but I would get them in the middle of the night when I stretch my calves. at first I would wake up screaming, punching my leg. but over time I learned to stretch my foot out and roll it back and forth and side to side. it helped it so much and helps now. you should also eat a banana every night before bed. if I don't eat bananas, I get leg cramps. I've been getting them since I was 15. gets worse farther along in pregnancy as well. @christinecisneros
