I started having heartburn at 12 weeks and I'm now 33 weeks! Some options you have is heating up milk and adding a teaspoon of honey, yogurt, Pepcid ac just not the max version as that is not safe while being pregnant hope that helps!

I drink milk a lot. lots and lots and lots of milk. and I've taken zantac if it gets really bad. Dr's ok'd the zantac. I just try to use it as a last resort. @enomaid3
