@momofsoontobe4, I feel you girl hopefully we can move by June I also want to cloth diaper and his mom says well Nina isn't using cloth diapers ok? I don't plan on leaving my baby very much and if you want to buy diapers you can lol she's just negative about the way I want to parent especially when it comes to breastfeeding but its my child and I will raise her how I wish

Anytime @mommatoobee ... YOUR little family needs a good start, and from the sounds of it, an argument/disagreement / what have you over a baby NECESSITY in a room is NOT the way to start. Your S.O may not acknowledge it as a sensitive topic, but he's also in HIS mother's house. If he wants a healthy relationship with YOU and the baby, he needs to put EVERYONE ELSE'S feelings /comments/complaints/concerns ASIDE and FOCUS on what makes YOU happy... HAPPY WIFE = HAPPY LIFE

again, just speaking from experience. My husband has been FORCED to learn the hard way. I am DONE being nice and passive. I speak my mind regardless of who it offends. Granted, I don't ever disrespect (because I'd be just like his parents) but I let my feelings be KNOWN.. afterall, I GAVE BIRTH to these babies!!! Lol

again, my apologies for the rant, but this is an OBVIOUS sensitive subject for me and I HATE that so many more women are being forced to endure this BS.. for what?? smdh

I don't want to come across as harsh, but I'm speaking from experience. We lived with my husband's father and it has put a HUGE strain on our relationship! I strongly believe that when you set off to have a relationship and a family of your own, you NEED YOUR OWN SPACE. Regardless of the "good/great/fine relationship" you have /had with his family it ALL goes to shit when you live together. Granted, not everyone is the same, but I'd prefer to avoid that kind of situation BEFORE it becomes an issue.. sorry for the rant, but I hate to hear of situations like this.. 😕

@foreveryoung247, I'm glad someone agrees and @may_mommytobe yeah I wish we could but I don't want roomates with a newborn and we won't be able to get our own place til like June I just know I'd feel so much more comfortable at my parents cause I feel in a way I have to walk on egg shells and its already going to be hard enough of a transition having the baby and @kenialove30 yeah you'd think she wouldn't mind we had an appt with room mates and left when I found out I was pregnant cause they were smoking weed in the house and always people there and she basically begged us to come live here and now I feel like I can't even mother my child like i wish or feel comfortable 😔

I don't blame you! Personally in the stage of life you are in I would feel the same! Maybe time to look into getting a space of your own we're it's yours! Even if you need a roommate. I feel like living with parents even if you pay rent it's still there house 100%
