I'm having period like cramps is this normal for 11 weeks and if so how can I ease them?

I'm CONVINCED that the creator of the term "morning sickness" was a man!! Only a man could come up with a term like that without ever experiencing it. So needless to say @carlyann21 I FEEL YOUR PAIN!! I've lost close to 15lbs due to nausea. . Are you a tea drinker?? I've found this time around, that chamomile or ginger tea have helped 'a little'..

I'm a little better thanks for asking I took a warm bath and Tylenol now I'm just trying to rest because my morning (all day sickness) is acting up Lol if its not one thing it's another😂

got my bottle full of cold water and I'm going to take a warm bath hopefully it helps

Make sure you're drinking enough water too
