With my thought process, I just don't wanna get my hopes up & have a repeat of last time :( I do know once I hit my 2nd trimester I will definitely be calling to set appointments up. I know I'm 7 weeks but I also know my babies always measure small as well so my due dates always change! I live in Minnesota, the soonest they usually see somebody is 12 weeks unless they have a bad history of problems. I just want 1 last healthy & happy baby then I will be done having kids :)

but waiting is perfectly fine. that's your choice. personally had my boyfriend's mom not go and blab go facebook. I would've waited until I was out my first trimester!

I TRIED right away. but I had to wait for my insurance to approve then it was a matter of finding an ob that took my insurance. I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks 4 days, I wasn't seen by an ob until I was 9 weeks and 4 days. and my recent loss was literally 3 months prior. so I was very nervous. but a lot of places want to wait until right around 9-12 weeks before seeing you bc normally it's still to early to see anything on an ultrasound at 6-8 weeks. let alone a little tough to hear the heart beat. I had to just hope and pray I would make it. and I did.

You're probably opposite of everyone else but there's nothing wrong with that decision by any means. I wasn't even able to see the doctor until i was 11 weeks along even though I had miscarried a few months prior.
