yall im 50 percent effaced and still only 1cm dilated!!!! ugh! i need this to move along. (im 38 weeks before anyone tries to attempt to be negative) this has been a tough pregnancy and we both would be doing much better if she were here on the outside lol....

sorry girl :( hope you get to that 2 fast. I wasn't dialated at all but I nagged so much my Dr went ahead and did it lol.
@marieterrell92, my doc is down to do it but i have to at least be at a 2. otherwise they cant get far enough up there
my Dr did a membrane sweep and it only work if your body is ready for labor. sure enough 6am the next day I was in labor. might ask your Dr about doing that. I was barely 37 weeks and having a hard pregnancy. I was told squats would help but I was in to much pain for that. ohhhh and pineapple can help if your body is ready
