Question: Had my cervix checked for dilation (3cm), and now there's some blood and cramping, which is normal. But how do I know what's a contraction and what's just cramping from the cervix check?

The cramping will be super painful and your tummy will get hard every time if it's a contraction

all I can say is you'll know the difference lol possibly feel it in your back and the top of your thighs

yes very normal but as far as telling the difference I don't know personally, but the cramping should stop if it dosnt after today then I'd say ask
