Ask for it well done but not burnt. That's how I always order mine. its cooked through but not black at all.

I used to eat steak well done or very well done and then I tried medium well.... omg.... my life changed lol.... it tastes so much better.....

I was told that I could eat a medium rare steak as long as I didn't have it often & it was warmed all the way thru when I ate it. I've had it once or twice since I've been pregnant & baby is fine!

Okay so from what my doc told me is that if the steak is from a good sore you xanthine still get it pink in the middle I've ordered mine medium the whole pregnancy. I just make sure to tell them the rare ed side of medium and it's been great but I only order at the steak houses.. outback aspen Creek places like that..

I've always eaten mine rare or medium rare and all of my kids are great

the problem they want to avoid is bacteria in the undercooked part but if they get their stacks from a good source your fine
