I'm 28 weeks pregnant tomorrow and my doctor doesn't want me to gain anymore weight :(
how can I eat good and healthy without gaining anymore weight for the rest of my pregnancy
no your baby is still getting nutrition from you and the placenta. just keep taking your vitamins and eat healthy. maybe make some smoothies. :) I think their worried about your body, and health risk that could happen. high blood pressure, sugar. diabetes, ext. with this pregnancy of mine I have more to possibly worry about around the end, doctor said I'll be fine, but twins are high risk pregnantcy. and my twins, thankfully are in separate amniotic sacs, but share a placenta. so that's kinda worry sum later. because one baby could take more from the other. hopefully their nice and share lol
@shannaa24, that's what I thought that I was gonna do harm to the baby if I don't eat as much
idk how that's possible. the baby is gonna get bigger and cause you to gain more weight. I guess just eat vegi's, and fruits. only eat when your hungry and stop when your full. yogurts are good. there should be some answers on Google. but your baby is definitely gonna gain alot more weight which is gonna cause you to gain more weight. maybe just walk more after work. or do some small exercises. @vaneromero21
I think my problem is that during the day I'm not so hungry and at night get hungry lol. I work and my job is lots of walking
What @rsaweikis15 said try working out a little. Maybe try eating a healthy snack every 2 hours
I'm in the same boat. I've kept it down by eating fresh greens and fruit. I walk when I get the chance in hopes that will keep me down. I only gained 3 pounds last month which I don't think is bad
Are you working out as much as your doctor would like? If start with working out and trying to stay away from carbs. I love fruit and veggies. Try snacking on grapes or cucumbers instead of whatever it is that might be causing the excess weight gain.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
