Does DESITIN really good for diaper rashes? My son has a slight rash and i don't want it to grow more.

@caydensmommy, i'll change desitin once i noticed it gets worst. I just tried once this afternoon i'll check on it after.☺️

I use A+D, the Destin always seemed to make the rash worse.

I use butt paste in the red tube & it makes his rash go away the same day!

I use it and my sons doctor said to use on him it works good.
