Hello ladies! I have a big issue ! Since the moment I found out I was pregnant I didn't stop throwing up till the day she way born. I lost 40 lbs! It was bad. And as a result of that I picked up the worst eating habits ever. And now that I had my baby I'm exclusively breast. But as a result of my bad eating habits I always feel so weak and my head always hurts. I don't take my prenatals even though I know I should but it's so hard to remember to take them with everything that I got going on. I'm a stay at home mom . How can I change my eating habits ? I literally don't know where to start. What if I just took my vitamins and drank Mothers milk tea to help with the head ache and weakness? Would that help? HELP PlEASE!! 😩
I can relate. I had problems eating at all with my son. Everything I ate made me sick. And I didn't take the vitamins either. I ended up eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Or anything else that sounded or tasted good. It takes awhile to get back into eating right but take it slowly and eat the things you crave and slowly get into eating better
