I was told because of my blood disorder that I would most likely not be able to conceive. I tried in feb 7 days after my period and boom was instantly pregnant lol I did the whole nine yards like standing on your head and keeping feet above your head ect to make sure all sperm stayed in lol sorry if tmi

apps can be inaccurate.. if you pay attention to your cervical mucus it makes a big difference. if its more like an egg white, then youre ovulating. my period is always weird so I just paid attention to my body. This might sound weird but when my husband and I use to have sex it use to hurt because my cervix was always low but when I ovulate it goes higher and it doesnt hurt and I my sex drive is also a lot higher lol so that helped me figure it out too. I did use an app but I tried not to use that as my main focus
I kept track of when I had my cycle, and when I ovulated each month. And my basal temp. I knew if I was ovulating because I bought the strips to pee on. Comes like 30 to a vial and just shows if the hormone is in your system or not. Took us a little over a year and even then we had to stop 'trying' and take a vacay. It just happened to fall on when I was ovulating lol.

The apps aren't always accurate for exactly when you ovulate, so make sure you sex a lot in the days around it. You're most fertile the three days before ovulation because sperm can survive a while.

I tracked my period so i knew when I was supposed to ovulate. When we decided to start trying I used the ovia app to help. And it worked.
We planned our baby #2 but not our first. was successful right away
