might be a dumb question but should we take prenatal more than once a day?

it says to take 2 gummies and I have been but was making sure I was taking enough. not sure the total difference between what's in the gummies and the pills

if you take regular prenatals. one. if you do Flintstone gummies or ninja turtle gummies then two so it equals out to a prenatal.

no. one pill has 100% of our daily intake for it. anymore than 1 day could do some harm
