were the twins conceived naturally or with fertility drug help? weird question but just wondering as I will see a fertility doc soon and I heard some meds increase the chance of multiples.

Don't worry it's not weird question I always wonder too! Conceived naturally it runs on my moms side so I was little shock and scared
