I are important throughout the pregnancy but super important in the beginning. With me I still take them but I skip a few days here and there by accident because of being so busy and stuff. Best bet is to take them as much as possible :) If you forget one day it won't be the end of the world but try to keep up on it, especially the beginning and middle of the pregnancy because that's when baby is developing the most@baby_love5-26
they are mostly important in the beginning, I took mine for 3 or 4 months and stopped bc they were making me sick everyday.. nauseous all dayy but couldn't puke. my doctor said I took them long enough.. but I could take gummies too.
mostly important in your first trimester. to make sure you get enough nutrients. you also get those nutrients from the food you eat. I know a lot of women who don't always take their prenatal or always forget. long as you're eating properly and gettin the stuff you need you're fine.
It's mostly for you. The baby takes what they need from you, but it restores everything for you so baby doesn't take more of what they need from you and cause issues. Honestly, with both babies I stopped taking them a while before I gave birth. But it's good to take them.
I'm not to sure really but I think it's important for you and baby as the baby takes everything from you. The vitamins will help build and restore what little is in your system. If you don't like the ones your doctor give you, you can always buy the gummies at Walmart.
