How long did you bleed after a miscarriage?

I miscarried 2 years ago and I bled for about a week and a half. it was really heavy at first but was lighter like a normal period after a few days

Miscarriages run in my family unfortunately. I have been through 2 doctor confirmed miscarriages and about 4 self confirmed in the last 4 years or so. Each one I bled for about 4-5 days. It was kinda thick and clumpy. And very smelly.

@cadylea, @alainasmama did you guys have period that same month?

no after my miscarriage I didn't have period for 2 months

With most of them yes, I was only about 3-5 weeks with each one so I did get my period within a few weeks before each miscarriage and then 4 weeks after.

I wasn't trying but I wasn't not trying if that makes any sense!

I tried for a year and nothing happened.... but I just had a daughter 1 week ago today!

My first miscarriage I had a d&c and didn't bleed at all. This miscarriage over Christmas I did naturally and bled for one week exactly! And am currently trying again. Can't wait for my rainbow baby 🌈💙👶🏻
