how often should a newborn go without pooping?? it's been 20 hours since my baby has pooped called his pediatrician he's only 4 days old so I'm worried he has peed 2x

they say as long as he doesn't seem uncomfortable or in pain he's ok

his Dr just called they said it's normal for them to go a few days with out a bm so I'm relieved he's ok

he actually just went poop to my worries are officially gone lol
