So my mom really scared me last night. It's just going to be my bestfriend and I in the room when I deliver babygirl. My mom doesn't want to see and I wouldnt feel comfortable with anyone else except my bd but he isn't around. So my mom asked me last night if I was going to child birth classes and I told her no. She started to laugh and said, "well I guess the blind will be leading the blind" . My bestfriend has no kids and this is my first so my mom says I need someone who will be able to coach me to breathe. I don't know, but my daughter will be here in just a few weeks and now I'm getting even more scared than before.
I never took the classes. They are a waste of time because when it comes down to it you're going to breathe and push the way that's best and most comfortable for you whether it's the "right way" or not. Everyone is different.
I never took birth classes with my son. My OB and the nurses told me reminded me to breath. It come naturally to me
you forget the classes by the time you have the baby.. but when you push push like you gotta poop. it makes labor soo much easier. because it uses more muscle to get her out :3 an i wouldnt worry if you accidentally go #2 its compleatly normal.
The doctor and nurses will explain everything and help you 100% especially if you tell them how you're nervous about it! No worries!
your nurses will help you so much! Don't even worry. I never took classes and still had a baby! Haha good luck mama!
