Balmex is heavenly. it works a lot better for my daughter than desitin does. my mom used Balmex on me as well.

I just sprinkle it on their butts after I change their diaper and put their diaper back on

maalox antacid mixed with aquaphor..I used it on my son last night and his rash was almost bleedinh..today it's gone :) you can find it on pinterest and the dr. told me about it

You can also apply breastmilk and let it air dry. He may need a probiotic as well for his tummy.
