anyone know a good cure to diaper rash besides using creams? my son has had an upset tummy for a day now due to an antibiotic he was taking and I can't get rid of this poor boys diaper rash. it looks so painful!

my best thing I have always used and worked on both my girls and nieces and nephews I always use cornstarch works very good!!!
Balmex is heavenly. it works a lot better for my daughter than desitin does. my mom used Balmex on me as well.
I use corn starch and Shea butter. It works instantly........
I just sprinkle it on their butts after I change their diaper and put their diaper back on
maalox antacid mixed with aquaphor..I used it on my son last night and his rash was almost bleedinh..today it's gone :) you can find it on pinterest and the dr. told me about it
You can also apply breastmilk and let it air dry. He may need a probiotic as well for his tummy.
@nharri22, you read my mind I was just going to ask you about corn starch. do you give them a corn starch bath? or just apply as is?
I use corn starch to dry it out. It works better than baby powder
It could be a yeast rash. my kids get yeast rashes when they are on antibiotics
