I need advice on how to get my 13 month old to go to bed at night 😔😔 bed time routines have stopped working and we've had to resort to the cry it out method. I've tried milk, cuddling, clean diaper, bath, stuffed animals, her fav blanket, pjs and naked, I don't know what else to do. I can't co sleep because we both get too hot at night and we're both rollers. Please help me! I'm losing my mind with the crying

Ok so I know some don't believe in it but I give my 13 month old melatonin. I started off giving her a few drops every night then once her body got into a routine I cut back on it now I only have to give it to her on nights she just can't seem to sleep. But my situation may be different I rescued my little girl from a bad home she was abandoned and has major trust issues so it was hard to adjust her to new things.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
