Ok so my daughter (13months) just sat down and was feeding herself some noodles she loves to do this. Now around her face is red??? She was chapped on her face a few days ago but she has been fine all day till she ate. And idea what's going on did it just irritate her dry skin???

I adopted an 8 month old she is now over a year old I love her more than anything she is my world!!!! So why am i dying to have another one knowing that my husband and I tried for 2 years and just gave up.
