I had my beautiful baby 1week ago and i have never felt so tearful and down in my life, I struggle not to just want to break down when my partners working and I have both the kids... Anyone else experienced this??

Whatever you do don't let this feeling go on for too long. It's true the majority of new mums have the baby blues for a short while after birth however this can also be the start of post natal depression. I left it so long as I thought I'd get better however I ended up with really bad post natal depression. I wasn't lucky enough to have a supportive husband and couldn't speak to him about how I was feeling. Hope it is just the baby blues for you. Take care

I did for a short period of time.. my son was in the NICU for 5 weeks, so I felt as if i had no connection/bond with my baby. it is extremely hard when your baby cries all the time to be able to have happy times and enjoy spending time with your little one. try and think of positive things. even take your baby for a walk, it releases endorphins in your body, hopefully will help baby sleep and youl feel alot more refreshed. I hope this will pass for you. x
