when all the mommies on here go to the baby doctor's, what do they do every time, and talk to you about each visit?? I'm changing mine bc everytime I have an appointment they pretty much only ask me if I've had any contractions, bleeding, or loss of fluid, or if I've been sick, then I only hear the heart beat an get my tummy measured. that's all for my appointment.. I'm being told they should do more like a urine test and talk about the baby and if u need help or something...
I just changed my doctor, she would ask me if I have an symptoms so I told her I had really bad headaches, sharp pain only on my left side by my hip bone and my back and she answer both with (you need to see a neurologist and you need to see a chiropractor) I had sharp pains for 2 weeks so I went to the hospital they told it was round ligament pain which she could have told me but didn't.. they tested me for kidney stones and everything
I am 27 weeks and have a urine test every time and nst. I also go every 2 weeks but I do see a high risk Ob because I had a partial abruption around 19 weeks. I think the urine test is to check for infection and keep an eye on protein just to be safe.
That's all for me too, but i give urine every time, not sure what they ck for
i did alot of blood work std test genetic test an they check to see if my baby had anything wrong an this was regular appointment
okay. what is the test for every visit?? bc I've only had that done once since September
that sounds right, they don't do much unless you have a concern. they just want to make sure baby heart best is good and measuring fine:)
Sounds pretty normal. That's what they do at mine , plus a urine test every visit though.
that's all that they did at mine, but they did urine tests every visit
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
