Is it too early to be feeling what I feel?

There's been no bleeding at all. I didn't know I even miscarried until the next appointment. I'm worried about every little thing I feel too. I'll be calling tomorrow to set up an appointment to see if I am doing ok with either a blood test or ultrasound which I hope he does an ultrasound, it'd be quicker. I wanna see if there's a little squirt in me :)

That's normal for the most part then. As long as there's no bleeding with the cramping it's most likely just your uterus getting ready for the baby. I miscarried before too and was super cautious on every little pain I had when I got pregnant again. If you're worried call your doctor and explain what's going on and she'll tell you if it's anything to worry about.

I've been pregnant before and this is definitely more prominent than the last one. That one ended in a miscarriage

Or I'm further along than what I think? Idk... Im calling my obgyn tomorrow

How far along are you? All of those things are pretty normal.

I'm farting a ton too

Sore breasts, heavy feeling in them, pains/cramping in my sides, under my belly button, I can't lay on my stomach without feeling like I'll vomit, I get flakey stuff on my nipples, my back hurts when I try to lay on it, loss of appetite
