my PP room is so close to the nursery and they just took her there for her 24 hour old blood tests & I heard her SCREAMING and my heart just dropped and I instantly started crying.... I hate hearing my baby like that.... just please bring her to me already so I can soothe her and give her kisses before I bawl my eyes out.... :( PLEASE.

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

aww i am so sorry i hate those tests. they never even told me that they did it on my baby. i went back to see her and she was completely red all over from crying..no on told me anything i dont even know if they soothed her or comforted her.. i still feel so violated and angry. this time i am refusing tests. i will get the vaccines on my babys first doctors appointment.

as soon as they are done you can walk yourself over there. she is your child. just go and ask if they are finished and then tell them you will now take her to your room and that you would like to keep.her there untul you leave. thats what i did.

I am about to do it... because I could hear her scream as if she's right next to me. idk if that was mommy ears, but I heard it clearly and my heart just sank and I started crying.... thank god I'm leaving tomorrow @yahuahsdaughter

my hospital doesn't have a nursery so they had to do the blood tests right in front of me. it was awful and hard to watch. it wasn't so much the poke that make her cry but when they had to keep squeezing her heel to get the blood out made her cry more. she stopped as soon as I could just hold her.

yes that darn heel test. i hate it. 😠 they did that in front of me though. @eskawho
