Has anybody suffered from depression during pregnancy? I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and all I want to do is sleep until I can't sleep. I don't want to work I don't want to do anything... I don't even get out of my pajamas. I have really bad headaches when I wake up, and I sleep forever during the day. Anybody ever had this? And how did you get through it?

I also completely agree with @sweetpea_nut exercise definitely helps, before I was pregnant I was always working and training with horses but my doctor has forbid me from it until well after I've had the baby 😔

I was diagnosed with manic depression when I was 7 years old and pregnancy has really kicked it up even more. Honestly one of the things that cheers me up a little is watching the tv show Friends when my husband is at work, when he comes home he usually tries to cheer me up by playing video games or reading together, basically doing things that helps me feel like I'm not totally alone in the world

Going through it now. I've had depression since I could remember. Now that I'm pregnant everything feels 10x harder. The way I deal with it is reminding myself of all the good I'm blessed with. I distract myself. Luckily I'm in school so that takes a lot of my brain power. Did baby crafts. Exercise helps a ton. Even though we can't really get too crazy with working out, a walk or I do Pilates really relaxes me and releases endorphins. Before I was pregnant all I did was work out for the past 2 and 1/2 years and how I dealt with depression was through exercise and it honestly helped me more than medicine could. So, as hard as it is, try to get yourself up and go for a walk. Dance to some music. Your body will adapt to it and can help make you feel better. If all else fails, I'd speak to someone. I had that debate for awhile.

I've had depression for 4 years but I was on medicine for it, and I had to quit taking it when I found out I was pregnant

I was diagnosed with manic depression at 17. It's hard most days but as far as headaches that can be stress and I think about my baby a lot I do my best to keep my mind off things
