what are some good apps to stay organized and to stay healthy.. I want to produce more milk so I need to stay on top of my game any suggestions...
@_akgirl, thanks I'm also looking in pinterest
thank you :D @hellosweetie I'm going to download it
stay hydrated! you should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces a day (ex: 150lbs=75oz) anything with electrolytes will help you stay hydrated. smart water, coconut water, Gatorade. steel cut oatmeal. almonds. lactation brownies/smoothies/cookies (many recipes online). sorry. i know it's not app suggestions.
I love the Nursing app to keep track of baby's feeds, diapers, and everything helps cuz when breastfeeding the best way to see if you're producing enough is to count how many times per day baby is peeing...if it's at least 6 times or more then baby should be getting plenty 😊 that and weight gain
who is a stay home mom ? My husband said I can stay home when I give birth I just wonder how it’s going to be with two kids
Anyone NOT want their hubby's/SO to stay at the hospital with you during your stay? I know it sounds harsh, but my husband stayed at the hospital during my stay when I had our son and he drove me crazy bc all he did was complain. Now he tells me (2 days before my csection) that he's going to stay and I don't want him to.
umm
Yall! They're shutting this app forever down! I read it on their Instagram post. I wanna stay in touch with yall! How do we do this?!
Who else is a stay at home mom? 💗
What are thoughts on being a stay at home mom ? Any stay at home moms on here I want to stay home with my son for the first year. 👶🏼🏠
I use my fitness pal it tracks everything you drink and eat any type of work out you're doing. It's not a mommy app tho but it is free
