stay hydrated! you should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces a day (ex: 150lbs=75oz) anything with electrolytes will help you stay hydrated. smart water, coconut water, Gatorade. steel cut oatmeal. almonds. lactation brownies/smoothies/cookies (many recipes online). sorry. i know it's not app suggestions.
I love the Nursing app to keep track of baby's feeds, diapers, and everything helps cuz when breastfeeding the best way to see if you're producing enough is to count how many times per day baby is peeing...if it's at least 6 times or more then baby should be getting plenty 😊 that and weight gain
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I use my fitness pal it tracks everything you drink and eat any type of work out you're doing. It's not a mommy app tho but it is free
