That looks like regular newborn spots. My son gets them on his face but they go away after a day

all my kids had this and still does but its gotten lighter throughout the time I forgot what its called but its normal and is no harm my kids Dr told me what its called but I can't remember lol

My son had that. I just put baby oil all over my sons head and it went away.

My baby girl used to get that, it would come and go so I finally figured out it was a heat rash! Either from getting hot against the car seat or lying in my arms, but she doesn't have it anymore and it used to look exactly like that picture!
